Anger Management

Our Certified Anger Management II Course is designed to change patterns of behavior that can lead to self-destructive results. This is a 13 hour course that is usually ordered in lieu of an assault charge or a more serious domestic violence charge.

Anger is a normal and often healthy response to negative events. But when uncontrollable anger begins to negatively impact your relationships, job, or quality of life, it is time to get professional help! This class will teach you how to deal with your feelings of intense anger- anger that can lead to acts of violence or aggression.
